“Describe a time you caught an error in an order.”

I helped prepare supply kits for a school event. Two kits looked identical but had different contents for different age groups. Before handing them out, I compared each kit with its order label and found that one had been placed in the wrong pickup group. I corrected the placement and checked the remaining kits in that group. I told the pickup volunteer what had changed so they would not rely on the old arrangement. The affected family received the right kit without needing to return. I then suggested keeping the label visible from the front of each stack. The lesson was to check the identifier, not rely on similar packaging.
