Plain and simple.

1. Confidence after your interview. If you do not feel confident about how you did after your real interview, request a refund for your interview pack.
2. No claim deadline. There is no claim window. Unused interview credits do not expire.
3. A simple request. Use the refund button in your pack, or email admin@resumehack.org with your purchase email and company. No form or explanation is required.
4. One refund per pack. We return the amount paid to the original payment method. Once you request a refund, new calls from that pack stop. Your bank determines when the return appears.
5. Application and assessment packs. If your preparation pack is not useful to you, the same simple refund route is available.
6. Hiring remains the employer's decision. Preparation cannot guarantee an interview, assessment result or job offer.

What you are buying.

The $5 application pack is a saved preparation workspace. The $10 assessment pack adds original exercises, saved answers and explanations. The $20 interview pack includes three linked AI interviews with private feedback and transcripts. Length follows the questions for your role, with a 15-minute maximum per interview. Recordings are available for 30 days after each call.

Prices are one-time payments in US dollars. There is no subscription. Choose your company, role and pack before paying. Question sources include employer examples, applicant reports and clearly labeled original practice; ResumeHack is independent of the employers named.
